I am Lola Arce, Real Estate Consultant in Patagonia and founder of FS Patagonia. I hold a degree in Capital Markets and spent many years working in the financial world.

However, when I decided to become a mother, I also made a life-changing decision: I wanted my children to grow up with a better quality of life, surrounded by nature, freedom, and true quality time. That is how I decided to move to Patagonia.

I remember that process vividly. At first, everything was new, and many times I didn't know where to start—searching for a home, understanding the city, finding schools, and organizing a complete relocation. Along the way, there were people who helped me tremendously, and that experience stayed with me.

Over the years, I realized I had made one of the best decisions of my life: raising my children in this unique place, surrounded by mountains, lakes, and wilderness.

Today, I have transformed that personal experience and my professional background into a calling: accompanying others who wish to take that same step. After years of working with financial investments, I discovered there is an even more valuable investment: investing in quality of life.

That is why today I support individuals and families who dream of living in Patagonia, helping them find their home and begin a new chapter of their lives in this paradise.
